Once your order has been collected from our warehouse by our transport company, it will normally then be delivered the next working day to your delivery address. Deliveries can be made to both business and residential addresses.
Deliveries will be between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. This excludes bank holidays. All deliveries must be signed for by someone at your delivery address. Please check the stock for damages or shortages before our transport company leaves the goods with you.
You will be asked by our transport company to sign for the goods as being in good condition. If our transport company attempts to deliver to your address and no one is present to sign for the consignment, a calling card will be left and the goods will be returned to the nearest depot. Delivery will be re-attempted a maximum of 3 times before the goods are returned to
us.
